oneplay Platform Account Terms

We at oneplay operate a digital platform offering sportsbook betting, live-dealer games, slots, and esports markets where applicable law permits. When you create an account and deposit with us, you accept these terms. This document sets out what we require from you, what we guarantee, and how disputes are resolved. These terms apply to all users accessing oneplay on any device, from Jakarta to Medan to Surabaya and other supported regions.

This verification is mandatory; accounts that fail verification are suspended until you provide clear, matching documents.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access if you failed to secure your password or shared your login details. You must also ensure that all information you provide remains accurate; if your name, date of birth, or payment method changes, update your account immediately.

One person may maintain only one active account on oneplay. Creating multiple accounts, or attempting to bypass account limits through shared devices or coordinated play, violates our terms. We monitor for this behaviour and suspend or close accounts that breach this rule. Funds from closed accounts are returned to your linked payment method within 10 business days.

Deposits, withdrawals, and payment terms

Deposits are immediate once your payment provider confirms the transaction. Your balance is playable across all our products—sportsbook markets like Liga 1 and Piala AFF, live dealers, slots, and esports. We do not charge deposit fees; your payment provider or bank may assess one depending on your account type.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to verify your account. We do not charge withdrawal fees on our side; your bank may. Processing time depends on your bank and the time of day you request. Business-day requests typically clear within 1–2 business days. Requests made during holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha may take longer. We do not accelerate withdrawals for urgent claims.

Minimum withdrawal

Account verification hold
If your account flags during verification, we may hold withdrawals pending document review. This protects both you and oneplay.
Large-amount review

Betting, gaming, and outcome disputes

All bets placed on oneplay are binding once you confirm them. We do not cancel or reverse bets except in cases of manifest error (e.g., a match is cancelled before kickoff and the market is voided). In such cases, your stake is refunded to your balance. We do not award half-wins or negotiate outcomes based on circumstances outside the stated market rules.

For sportsbook bets, outcomes are determined by official league and governing-body records. If Liga 1 officials declare a match abandoned, the market voids and stakes are refunded. If a match is played and a result is official, we settle the market accordingly, even if later appeals or inquiries occur. We settle on the official result at close of business on the match day, not on appeals that may arise weeks later.

For slot games and live-dealer games, outcomes are generated by certified random-number generators. We do not manipulate results. If you experience a technical failure during a game—your connection drops, the interface freezes—your session is resolved server-side. When you reconnect, you'll see the actual outcome. We do not refund losses from connectivity issues on your device.

Dispute resolution: If you believe we've made an error in settling a market or processing your account, contact our support team with details. We investigate claims and respond within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our complaints officer.

Jurisdiction and service availability

oneplay services are available only where local law permits. Your account is tied to your registered jurisdiction—if you declare yourself based in a supported region when opening your account, you can access all oneplay products there. If you move to a jurisdiction where our services are restricted, your account remains active but you cannot place new bets or deposit additional funds. Your existing balance is withdrawable.

We may terminate or restrict your account if we believe you are accessing oneplay from a prohibited jurisdiction or if you have provided false residency information. We also reserve the right to limit or close accounts that engage in fraud, collusion with other players, or abuse of our systems.

Our commitments to you

We keep your data protected under current data-protection standards. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment details are encrypted and stored securely. We use your data only to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, fulfil our legal obligations, and improve our service.
