App vs browser: what's the difference
Our native Android app and iOS web app both offer full functionality, but with different strengths. The Android APK app loads faster offline because it caches game assets locally—useful if your signal drops during a match. It also sends push notifications when your chosen football fixture starts or a live dealer table opens. The app uses native encryption for payment data and stores your session token securely, separate from your browser's cache.
The iOS web app (progressive web app) updates instantly without waiting for app-store review, so you always have the latest features and bug fixes. It takes less storage space and syncs seamlessly with our web version on desktop. Both paths deliver the same markets: Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, live roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Mobile Legends betting, and more. Choose the app if you want speed and offline access; choose the web app if you prefer simplicity and automatic updates.
Device requirements and compatibility
Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most phones manufactured after 2016 meet this standard. We support both ARM and x86 processors. For iOS, our progressive web app runs on iOS 12.0 or later, covering all iPhones from iPhone 6s onwards. Both platforms require an active internet connection for live updates; offline mode caches previous results and market listings only.
Common installation issues and solutions
If installation fails on Android, check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your phone's Settings under Security. Some carriers block APK downloads over mobile data; try downloading over Wi-Fi instead. If you see a certificate warning, it is normal—our APK is self-signed and secure; tap "Install Anyway". On iOS, if the web app does not stay on your home screen after restart, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) to add it, and that you have at least 50 MB of storage free. If the app is slow, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), then revisit the app URL. Both platforms require location services enabled for jurisdiction verification; if oneplay blocks your login, it may be because location services are off or your VPN masks your actual location.
Data, permissions, and account security on oneplay
When you install our app, it requests permission to send notifications and access your phone's unique device ID (for fraud detection). We do not request access to your camera, microphone, or contacts. Your password is hashed using industry-standard encryption (bcrypt) before being stored; we never store plaintext passwords. Payment data (credit card, bank account, e-wallet credentials) is never stored on your device—all transactions are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and processed by licensed payment providers. Your account session is tied to your device; if you log out, the session token is deleted from your phone's secure storage. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your email address associated with oneplay, and never sharing your password or recovery codes.
